2020 CYS Virtual Concert Recording

The Canton Youth Symphonies worked hard to present a virtual concert, which premiered on December 14th and 15th, 2020 at 7:00 PM. The ensembles met via Zoom each week since mid-September. They participated in full orchestra rehearsal and sectionals each week, and received one-on-one coaching from music directors and four talented music education students who joined the program for the semester.

While the presentation of a virtual performance can come close to replicating the experience of playing in an orchestra, the sheer fact that these talented youth have still found a way to make music during these difficult times is nothing short of remarkable. Enjoy this performance, and we hope it will add a little Classical music to your life at a time when we all need it most.
