DESCRIPTION

Hop aboard The Groove Train for our annual Bourbon & Blues fundraiser! Presented by the Craig Covey LGBT & Diversity Pride Fund, this year’s Bourbon & Blues event will take place at The Auricle – Venue & Bar in downtown Canton, featuring the musical stylings of Becky Boyd & The Groove Train. Immerse yourself in Becky Boyd’s bold, chic, and deeply resonant blues as you explore various bourbon tasting stations and celebrate the continued growth of the Canton Symphony Orchestra.
 
Your admission includes heavy appetizers, a bourbon flight (redeemable at tasting stations), and the chance to participate in the competitive bourbon pull and basket raffles. All proceeds benefit the education, entertainment, and community programs offered by the CSO. Attendance is limited to 150 guests.

The Auricle is a popular live music venue located in downtown Canton, Ohio, known for hosting a wide range of musical performances, from local talent to national touring acts. It’s a staple of the downtown entertainment scene, offering an intimate setting for concerts featuring various genres, including rock, indie, hip-hop, electronic, and more.

Bourbon & Blues will be a private event, so The Auricle will not be open to the public. It will be all about you and the music!

Becky Boyd and The Groove Train is a dynamic band known for its soulful blend of blues, jazz, and rock, led by the powerhouse vocalist Becky Boyd. With a career spanning over four decades, Boyd has become a well-respected figure in the music scene, particularly known for her rich, emotive voice that carries both strength and vulnerability.
