Plans change—we understand. If you have a conflict with a concert date, you can exchange your subscription ticket for another performance within the same series at no additional cost. Prefer not to attend? Return your ticket and receive a tax-deductible donation receipt. Subscribing means peace of mind, even when your schedule shifts.
Misplaced or damaged your tickets? No problem. We are happy to reissue your subscription tickets at no additional cost, so you never have to miss a performance.
Children under 18 and college students with a valid University email are eligible to attend any MasterWorks performance at no cost—including the full season with a complimentary subscription. Tickets must be reserved by phone or in person to verify eligibility. It is our way of investing in the next generation of music lovers.

Subscribers enjoy priority access to ticket sales for special concerts, community events, and fundraisers before they are available to the public. Secure the best seats, plan ahead with ease, and never miss a moment of the music.
Subscribers receive early access to the best available seats before single tickets go on sale to the general public—ensuring optimal views and consistent seating throughout the season.
Ticket reservations are non refundable. Tickets may be eligible for exchange for another performance if requested at least 24 hours prior to the event by contacting us via phone, leaving a voicemail, or sending email. Inclement weather does not qualify for a refund, all sales are final. Ticket exchanges outside of the series or pricing section may result in additional fees (Example: A ticket exchange from the MasterWorks series to the Pops series). Fundraiser events and The Divergent Sounds Series are excluded from exchanges. Tickets may be donated back to the CSO for a tax deduction. Exchanges and ticket donations only apply to performances within the current season. Performances, programs, dates and times are subject to change. All subscriptions and single tickets are subject to fees that help cover the costs associated with our ticketing software, facility maintenance, parking staff, security personnel, and credit card processing fees.

Important Notice: Ticket Reselling
Please be reminded that tickets to any Canton Symphony Orchestra concert may not be resold. Solicitation of tickets outside of the CSO Box Office is a violation of our Ticketing Policies & Procedures. All ticket purchases and exchanges must be conducted directly through the CSO Box Office at least 24 hours before any scheduled performance or may otherwise be subject to forfeiture.
Any comments or posts referencing the resale of Canton Symphony Orchestra tickets will be reported, deleted, and documented.
All programming is subject to change, especially in the case of force majeure circumstances, and ample effort will be made to provide notice. Be sure you contact information is up-to-date with our Box Office. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
